Maintenance: Generic Maintenance

Trimming: Regularly trim Hoya carnosa to remove any dead or yellowing leaves. This promotes healthy growth and maintains its appearance.

Fertilising: Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertiliser every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Avoid fertilising in winter.

Watering: Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot. Reduce watering in winter.

Pest Control: Check for common pests such as mealybugs, aphids, and spider mites. Use insecticidal soap or neem oil for treatment.

Disease Management: Watch for signs of sooty mould or root rot. Maintain proper watering practices and ensure good air circulation to prevent fungal issues. If root rot occurs, repot in fresh soil and trim away affected roots.
