Carmichaelia glabrescens

Carmichaelia glabrescens is a pink-flowered, tree variety of broom that is endemic to New Zealand. It grows quickly and is very hardy. Features small, pink flowers with patches of purple in the centres. Prefers full sun. Tolerates coastal and frosty conditions. Can grow to 10m but is usually limited to 5m in exposed places. Evergreen.
