Myrsine salicina

Myrsine salicina.  A slender, erect-growing tree with leathery, glossy, long narrow leaves. As the weather cools the young leaves turn a striking pinkish-amber colour. Grows in sun or shade. Tolerates both moist and dry positions. Pink berries appear in autumn attracting birds. Hardy. Evergreen. 4m x 2m.
